Kroeker Farms has been growing onions since 1958, and currently produces Cooking and Spanish onions on approximately 300 acres of irrigated land. We are constantly utilizing new and innovative technologies to enhance the quality and storability of the onions. Our cooking onions are planted from seed, and grown to maximize the amount of standard sized 2.5- 3 inch onion produced, while our Red and Jumbo Yellow Spanish onions are grown from transplants in order to generate onions with a larger size profile. Kroeker Farms supplies onions to the fresh, as well as processing markets throughout North America, from August to June. We also provide certified organic onions in addition to our conventional produce.
