Administration Manager

In the role of Administration Manager, you’ll lead the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative services for the Kroeker Farms group of companies. We’re looking for a leader with a passion for customer service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily administration of all accounts receivable and accounts payable function in an automated administration environment.
  • Supervise the administration of new customer setups, credit, vendor setups, bank deposits, and payments.
  • Collaborate with management and division managers to ensure timely and accurate administration and approval of invoices. Ensure a smooth hand-off of information from operations and sales departments.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, affiliated companies, and joint ventures to ensure excellent administrative customer service.
  • Oversee US and Canadian regulatory and cross-border agencies and coordinate insurance policy renewals and changes.
  • Lead the office reception and custodial services at the Head Office.

  • Experience in hiring and supervising in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional approach to customer service.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required and experience in Microsoft Business Central would be an asset.
  • Exceptional ability to organize work schedules and work collaboratively within teams and with stakeholders.
  • Training and/or post-secondary education in an administrative or agriculture related field will be considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position, located at our Head Office in Winkler, MB.
