General Farm Operator/Labourer

We are currently seeking a General Farm Operator/Labourer who can support our business operations through their strong sense of ownership.
In This Position You’ll Have the Opportunity to:
• Assist with site prep for shipment of product
• Operate handling equipment including forklifts, skid steers, bin-pilers, and conveyors. (Experience is an asset but we will train the right person.)
• Assist with maintaining storage facilities.

• An optimistic person who sees solutions and improvement opportunities in every situation.
• A self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to plan and organize.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license. A class 1 license would be considered an advantage.
• Clear English and/or low German language spoken and written required.
