We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician who can support our business operations through their strong sense of ownership and technical ability.

• Repairing conveyors, water systems, and packaging equipment.
• Making machinery adjustments to improve the quality and operation of equipment.
• Ensuring equipment is operating safely.
• Collaborating with co-workers on innovative solutions.
• Maintaining accurate service records.

• An optimistic person who sees solutions and improvement opportunities in every situation.
• A self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to understand sophisticated produce handling technology and control systems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, etc.).
• Strong English language skills.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a food handling environment.
• The ability to read and interpret manufacturer manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Competency in troubleshooting and servicing electrical equipment and software.
• Low-German and/or Spanish language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
