We're looking for a Storage Team Lead for our small potato seed farm a few miles south of Winkler.

In This Position You’ll Have the Opportunity to:

• Oversee seed sizing and cutting
• Load and unload trucks
• Assist with maintaining storage facilities
• Operate skid steer, bin-piler

We’re Looking For:

• Experience driving skid steers an asset but will train the right person
• Someone who enjoys doing a little of everything
• An optimistic person who sees solutions and improvement opportunities in every situation.
• A self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Clear English and/or low German language spoken and written required.
